This isn’t comedy from Moffat, this is actually in the Sherlock canon. A.C.Doyle wrote the Adventure of Black Peter. The victim had been murdered by harpoon, but Sherlock proved it could not have been the weedy suspect, having tried his strength at harpooning pigs in an abattoir.Boom!
